After placing the order, you may call our customer service for cancellation. Please note that, cancellation is only available on "order preparing" process. After your order is prepared and shipped, you can still cancel the order. Furthermore, you can send the product back for free within 30 days after delivery. Refund will be made upon reception of returned items.

Delivery is for free

Delivery time is approximately 2-6 business days for Hungary. You will receive an e-mail from GLS about delivery process, T&T link and reschedule of delivery via Flex Delivery Service.

Please note that,  in this exceptional context, the deliveries may take up to 10  working days. Everyone's safety is our priority. At each step of the delivery, we follow strict, preventive measures. In order to leave your package safely, the time frame can be extended. Thank you for your patience.

The Lacoste online shop warehouse is based in Poland.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
If the value of an order has already been paid and it has been transferred to the order management system, the order can be cancelled within 14 days after delivery.

You can return any purchased products (other than customized products and underwear). We accept online returns within 30 days from the day you receive the products. Please note that it's not possible to return or exchange purchases made online to our stores OR return or exchange purchases made in our stores to online store. Please return your products in their original condition, withoout being worn or washed. Please allow up to 15 working days before contacting us about your return. It's important to note that refunds can vary according to your bank. We thank you for your understanding. Returned products that are not complying with our return policy will be returned to you without any refund.

Lacoste recommends that you follow for each item the specific care instructions listed on the product's label.
With regards to polos, it is recommended to use cold water the first time you wash them and to turn them inside out to preserve the quality of the cotton. Then, it is advisable to wash them in cold or warm water (30 degrees) with a soft laundry detergent preferably non-toxic and biodegradable.
Dryers and radiators are not recommended. It is best to allow your polo shirt to drip dry.
These practices also save energy and improve the environmental footprint of your product.
